The PMI Voices on Project Management blog has an article by Dmitri Ivanenko titled Foster Growth for Junior Project Managers. Useful if you are mentoring or managing junior project managers.
The Busification blog has a bit of an entry-level guide to using project management in small businesses. How SME’s should adopt project management covers the basics.
Gina Abudi has an article called Do you practice change management, or just manage change? on her blog. It’s a guest post by Ronn Faigen. He seems to agree with my belief that we can’t just do project management and expect everything to turn out fine.
Julie Anne Hoey has an article on ProjectManage.com about The most common mistakes in project management. Personally I would have put other things on the list, but I can’t argue that these aren’t common problems.
