A while back I recorded an interview for the American Management Association’s podcast series, Edgewise. The interview is one of my favourite topics – the use of social media in the workplace.
We chat about new technology, why we need to consider new technology in the first place and setting up wikis and blogs to support projects.
They have called the episode ‘Communicating without breaking the bank or breaking a sweat’. I think communicating with social media can be hard work, so I’m not so sure about the sweating part, but I definitely agree that it can be a cost-effective option for project communications!25/07/2011
