I have a copy of Business Etiquette: 101 Ways to Conduct Business With Charm & Savvy to give away.  I quoted the author, Ann Marie Sabath, last week in a post about how to be taken seriously at work.  And getting your general office etiquette right is a step on the path to being a contender.
