I have managed a huge project for Education in the Eastern Cape province in SA. Project managing the complete project cycle for providing 2.5 million learners and 65000 teachers in 6500 schools with learner, teacher support material. During the 1st year it was very successful and we managed to supply 98% of all materials to schools in time for the new school year, using PRINCE2. A percentage never achieved before. After the contract had ended, the department has tried to do this on their own, without the assistance of a certified project manager, needless to say the project is going south. This book would provide the necessary insight to help me to help the education department as to why their project is failing. Hope luck is on my side.
