Hi Elizabeth,

One of the most satisfying elements about this post is the way communication in the team structure is given such a human element. This book, and the lessons of it you share with us, seems to give it that personal touch. That is what it should be about - not just the message, but what goes into the delivery of that message. Thank you for sharing it.

The Camel posted a book review earlier this week regarding project governance, if you get a chance to look at it. The book is called Project Governance, written by Ralf Muller - http://projectcentric.co.uk/how_to_manage_a_camel/projectmanagement/arras-book-review-project-governance-by-ralf-muller/
