Hi Elizabeth,

One of the most satisfying elements about this post is the way communication in the team structure is given such a human element. This book, and the lessons of it you share with us, seems to give it that personal touch. That is what it should be about – not just the message, but what goes into the delivery of that message. Thank you for sharing it.
