		<description>This is a good post but I have one word of caution with respect to recovery plans: challenge assumptions. I worked on a project a few years ago as a consultant in which the recovery plan had zero slack. If one item slipped, the house of cards collapsed.  Future objectives were based on zero errors--an assumption that was in no way based on history.  Of course, that&#039;s what the client expected.</description>
