I was recently awarded with a place on the 2009 Courvoisier Future 500 list of innovative business brains and creative talent.
Courvoisier The Future 500 is a membership network of “the rising stars in the UK”. I’ve known for a couple of weeks, but the official announcement of the 2009 intake came out on Sunday in a supplement in The Observer. I’m unfortunately unable to go to the launch event, but I hope to have some other opportunities to meet people, in real life or virtually, in due course – if only to try the cocktail that’s been created to celebrate the launch of the 2009 Future 500:
Courvoisier Future 500
- Thumbnail smashed ginger
- 35ml Courvoisier VSOP Exclusif
- 20ml Liqueur 43
- 20ml lemon juice
- 1-2 Bar spoons apricot jam
Glass: Martini
Method: Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange.
