It’s nearly Christmas, so to get into the festive spirit, I have a book to give away.
Women in Science, Engineering and Technology: three decades of UK initiatives is by Alison Phipps. I reviewed it earlier in the month here and the review has also appeared in The Computer Journal.
I’ll warn you now: it’s not light holiday reading, it’s a pretty serious academic text.
If you’d like a copy, email me your name at giveaway [at] pm4girls.co.uk and if you are the lucky winner pulled from the imaginary hat, I’ll contact you for your address.
Closing date is 14 December 2008 and I make no guarantees that it will arrive with you before Christmas!
Good luck!
