I think that what happened to you is probably one of my greatest fears as a PM trainer and speaker: Suddenly realizing that the presentation on screen is different that what you have prepared for. I have this big PMO Symposium coming up in December that I will be hosting and I'm already fretting about what might go wong. I guess I'll have to just tell myself "Whatever happens - I'll deal with it. Just like Elizabeth did." :-) And yes please - do post the slides for us.
