Hi Andrea
I've designated 2009 Year of the Office Goddess so I'll be covering some topics this year that look at office politics and women in the workplace.

I was wondering if you would comment on the challenges that face a woman in the workplace. Although I really like your site and find it very helpful, I would like to know how a girl can get to being a project manager! Really, I am having trouble navigating the politics of my office. Honestly, I checked out some other blogs, and career websites, but I couldn't find any that really spoke to the plight of a woman (as a woman in the work force). I read this book, "Earn What You’re Worth: A Wildly Sophisticated Approach to Investing in Your Career—and Yourself", which is tailored towards woman, but I wanted to see if I could get you guys to take a look into the topic.
