Intellect are running their equal pay survey again this year so if you have five minutes to spare to comment on equal pay audits and the perception of equal pay, then click over to the survey and fill it in.
This is being carried out as part of Intellect’s Women in IT Forum programme and there are also questions about whether women feel appreciated by their company and how this impacts on their loyalty to the company they work for.
They have consistently had over 500 respondents to the survey each year and hope to increase this in 2008. It’s probably more relevant to UK-based people.
