		<description>*grins* I know just what you mean. I&#039;m just back from the itSMF Conference (IT Service Management) and am knackered.  I think I get more tired from emotionally making the effort to be sociable with new people than I do from listening to the various speakers!  When it doesn&#039;t come naturally we just have to force ourselves into situations that make us do it and often we surprise ourselves.  Of course, there are other times where I&#039;m just not in the frame of mind to make the effort and on those occasions I find the event far less rewarding than if I had - lesson to be learned there!</description>
