Hi again,

If you’re looking for more help I highly recommend the podcasts over at http://www.manager-tools.com

They are always full of practical tips that you can try – and they work (even though they are US based and we are UK).

In particular try searching their archives for:

- Building a Network: http://www.manager-tools.com/2006/05/building-a-network/

- How to politely become part of a group

- Secrets of a Great Handshake

Enjoy :)
