I wanted to share with you some links that have come my way – not about project management but interesting none the less.
Zonetag is being trialled in the US by Yahoo! Take a photo with your mobile, upload it to Flikr and it’ll put Geotags on the Flickr page of exactly where you were when you took the photo. Very Big Brother. But perhaps useful if anyone needs to find you.
On the subject of blogs, Robert Scoble is perhaps one of the best known bloggers following his time at Microsoft and his book Naked Conversations. He has done a lot of research into blogging for business and why it works, and been very frank about what he liked and didn’t like at Microsoft. Credited with making Microsoft appear less scary, he’s know left their payroll. On departure he asked people to give him an exit interview. He posted the questions and answers on his own blog and it makes interesting reading, especially as communication is so important within projects.
