Every company I’ve worked in has had a healthy contingent of women in their project management teams. But when I go to a conference, breakfast briefing or seminar I’m often one of a few female project managers in the room. And at 29 one of the youngest.

So, the aim of this blog is:

* to show how project management relates to our daily lives
* to share my views on project management
* to support women in project management.

And also as a shameless plug for the PM book I’m working on – more of that later.

Of course, if you’re reading this and male – welcome. I hope everyone will find something of interest as the blog grows.
